Tajawob Platform Surpasses 2.6 Million Visits As Public Engagement Surges

The national platform for suggestions, complaints, and reports, Tajawob, has reached a massive milestone in civic engagement, recording more than 2.6 million visits by the end of May 2026. Alongside this high traffic volume, the digital portal successfully registered over 785,000 active users within the same timeframe. These figures underscore the platform's growing role as a trusted, centralized bridge between the public and government entities, reflecting a broader societal shift toward digitized civic participation.

The influx of users has translated into substantial data, with the total number of requests officially submitted through the platform exceeding 235,000. This high volume of submissions indicates that citizens and residents are actively utilizing the digital framework to voice their observations and seek official resolutions. The structured nature of the portal allows these thousands of entries to be systematically categorized and routed to the appropriate departments, ensuring administrative accountability and oversight.

A closer breakdown of the user submissions reveals that localized complaints and operational reports make up the vast majority of the public's engagement. Specifically, the platform logged more than 85,000 formal complaints alongside roughly 90,000 individual reports. These metrics provide government officials with a real-time, data-driven map of regional pain points, allowing municipal and ministerial teams to prioritize infrastructure repairs, address service bottlenecks, and respond directly to community grievances.

In addition to addressing grievances, Tajawob has served as a highly effective channel for constructive civic dialogue and information gathering. The platform processed more than 16,000 proactive suggestions from users looking to improve public services, alongside more than 43,000 direct inquiries seeking clarity on various regulations or government procedures. By consolidating complaints, ideas, and questions into a single interface, the platform serves as a vital tool for fostering transparency and driving continuous public sector improvement.
